Synopsis

‘A Country Affair’ is a play with music set at Powell Country Music – a label for country music in the UK. It is owned by ladies’ man Simon Powell who has been twice married already but has his eye on the young singer Charlene. She is  friends with Shania who is Simon’s daughter by his first wife Tammy but in an act of revenge she never told him of her existence as she was just pregnant when he asked for a divorce to marry Crystal. The story is set in the studios with other employees having their own problems.
